That was the message from trustee Aisha Rahman who was interviewed by journalist Sarah Onions at the studios of Radio Jackie.
One of the main reasons is believed to be the changes in benefits which are received by people on low incomes.
Aisha Rahman and her team take in donations on Sundays mornings at Eldridge House in Hounslow Road in Hounslow.
