Lasting power of attorney for disabled featured on You and Yours programme

A young man who has arranged for a lasting power of attorney has been interviewed on BBC radio’s consumer programme. Ben who suffers from cerebral palsy is still able to talk and was able to explain to presenter Winifred Robinson why he felt it was important to get the lasting power of attorney  in place. He wants to make sure that if something happens to his parents (who currently look after him) he can still live at home with carers for 24 hours a day.The full interview can be heard at:
